Pyramid Blocks, Ordering and Depth Presets

Fixed tier, flexible block

Hero is always enabled in Highlight. Optional blocks can be switched on/off and reordered only within Core Persuasion or Expansion. This prevents a disabled section from destroying hierarchy.

Depth presets

Short, Medium and Long set an initial enabled-block mix. After applying a preset, each optional block can still be changed independently.

Stored configuration

The campaign stores enabled state and order in hm_block_config. AI may return this structure only through the inspected Structure group.
